On weekends, please contact Doug Froman at 503·276·4203 or doug.froman@pam.org The Kridel Grand Ballroom The spacious, meticulously renovated 9,000 square foot Kridel Grand Ballroom is one of the major components of the Museum’s expansive restoration of the Mark Building. Able to accommodate many types of events, the Kridel Grand Ballroom will be a centerpiece of the Museum’s public offerings going forward. Package the rental with the Stott Foyer for an additional 1,800 square feet of event space and a breathtaking view of the Park Blocks. The Fields Ballroom Sunken Ballroom Located under the brand new Crumpacker Library in the Mark Building, the Fields Ballroom provides a slightly more intimate setting for events than its larger neighbor upstairs. Painstakingly restored to its original 1925 condition, the 4,200 square foot Fields Ballroom is the perfect setting for your next event. Package the rental with the Park Avenue Foyer for an additional 1,300 square feet of event space. Located at the heart of the Museum campus, directly between the Belluschi and Mark Buildings, some of the finest outdoor event space in town is yours for the taking in the Roberts Sculpture Mall. The Andreé Stevens Board Room The Stevens Board Room is perfect for that extraordinary presentation, special company meeting, or a fun gathering place for large groups touring the Museum. Fully equipped and highly adaptable, the Stevens Board Room might be just what you're looking for. The Whitsell Auditorium The Whitsell Auditorium, in addition to being a fully functioning 376 seat theater, is equipped for any multimedia presentation or event. The site of most lectures and speaking engagements, the Whitsell is an understated gem at the heart of the Museum. museum cafe The Museum Cafe is open daily for lunch from 11:00 am - 4:00 pm Tuesday - Saturday and 12:00 noon - 5:00 pm on Sunday. This beautiful space is perfect for tea, or a business lunch. Outdoor table service on the Robert Evans Sculpture Mall is available during warm weather.
