Jennifer and Seth had their wedding at McMenamins Edgefield’s Little Red Shed Amphitheater and the reception in the Attic above the Power Station. There was a lot of really cool party favors, and a ton of great dancing.

Samantha and Kevin’s McMenamins Edgefield wedding at Troutdale was an elegant, yet relaxed affair. Everybody had a great time! Samantha’s choice of colors was very nicely coordinated, and fit the elegant theme she chose!

Here is a sneak preview to Jennifer and Seth’s Wedding. It is always fun to photograph McMenamins Edgefield Weddings. They have many charming little details to make the wedding memorable. I will be posting more from this McMenamins Edgefield wedding at the Little Red Shed Amphitheater soon!
Sarah and Patrick had a lovely wedding at the beautiful Blackberry Hall. The day started with a little oops when Patrick, on his quest for some pear brandy and whiskey broke some glasses at the McMenamins store, but that was the only misstep during the whole day. Everything ran smoothly, there were lots of dancing and everybody enjoyed the good times!
I also have to mention the many different types of pies that were waiting for the guests and the cool pie topper!
Jessica and Kam had an intimate wedding at Edgefield Administrator’s House under a hand made wooden arch created by their parents. Cupcake wedding cakes are all the rage nowadays and some of the best ones I had are from St. Cupcakes. Awesome stuff.

One of the most fun weddings we photographed this year was Kim and Chris’s wedding at Blackberry Hall. The group was super fun, easy going which always makes our life easier! We even stayed for the after hours party!
Kelli and Tom’s wedding ceremony had couple firsts for me! Kelli picked up her flowers at the farmer’s market that morning and got ready at Inn at Northrup Station, and then held their ceremony at the Laurelhurst Park. Public parks are great and inexpensive way to have a wedding at a beautiful location! Since the park is open to public we had joggers and bicyclest passing by and also cheers from a nearby family BBQ when Kelli and Tom shared their first kiss! The reception was at Bridgeport Brewery, a very classy looking place and the staff was very friendly! I have been Bridgeport Brewery for drinks in the past, and it is such a relaxing atmosphere for a Portland style wedding!

I was lucky this weekend that the rain stopped just enough to get some great shots of this lovely wedding. After the ceremony, Melissa and Greg and their guests stopped by Apple Valley Country Store and had some icrecream and pie. I got some huckleberry filled chocolate for myself. Wow… The reception at Edgefield was very low key and fun as well. The color theme was “fall colors” and the cake reflected that. The invitations were done by Melissa’s sister and were very pretty. The ring shot I got is one of my all time favorites. Here is a very quick sneak peek - I *know* that there are even better images but saving them for the full edit!
