One of the things I found as a photographer and a guest of weddings is that people are much more natural when they are not posing for “posed” photos but just being silly and being themselves. To let guests have some fun photos and show off their fun side, we decided to offer a photobooth for weddings (or any party!). The idea is simple: bring a cool lighting set up, and let people pose themselves! I think a photobooth (or portrait station) is a great way to spice up things a little bit.
The other good part - you do not have to have us be the main photographer for your event. So if your photographer does not offer this service and you want a photo booth rental, come talk to us!

Pamela and Aaron have a beautiful house with lots of bright colors. They are also a modern couple who appreciates a more unique approach to photography, not just look at the camera and smile.

Here is our first photo of the day!
I shot Karen and Rick’s wedding at the beautiful Abernethy Center in Oregon City over a Memorial Day weekend! The day was a bit rainy, but when the rain took a little break, we went outside to do their romantic pictures. I spotted this beautiful old red Chevrolet truck and steam coming out of the vent. I immediately realized the beautiful matching of the truck, their umbrella and her bouquet. This is one of my favorite images.
I have been very interested in shooting video for some time now. I actually want to go into directing at one point in the future.
So I decided to do some videography, photographing my favorite subject matter: dance and dancers! This particular video was shot at a Portland Blues Dance party. I love low light photography, so low light video is a perfect fit.
Here is a video that is mostly my footage (except for the interviews). It is expertly put together and edited by John Tillinghast. Camera work in interviews is by Dan Kaufman. My footage starts around 0:26 mark.

This is the photographs from the 3rd day of the Portland Lindy Exchange at the Crystal Ballroom, one of my favorite places ever. There was lots of swing dancing, lindy hop, balboa and blues dancing.

I wanted to post some of the recent maternity pictures I did here in Portland, Oregon. I love how artistic and unique they turn out.
