Cathy and Ahmed were married on the beautiful patio overlooking the vineyards of the Northwest Viticulture Center. Cathy’s sister, a florist and owner of Rhyme and Reason in Salem, Oregon, beautifully decorated the entire venue with stunning arrangements. The undergoing theme of the wedding was Casablanca, which was projected on screens in the reception area. Casablanca took place in Morocco, Ahmed’s native country. Cathy and Ahmed loved getting their photos taken, so we got to shoot in many locations on the vineyard.
Some of the cool highlights: river stones with words on them to make poems, home brewed beer (it was good!)
Ceremony Location: Chemeketa Eola
Baker: Papa Haydn

I love weddings at McMenamins Edgefield - beautiful murals and paintings, great light and a lot of fun couples! Lindsay and John were such a couple with lots of great friends and family.
One of the fun parts of the wedding was at the end - all the boys got together and serenaded Lindsay. Everybody danced to the music of King Pins. Lots of fun!
Vendors:
Officiant: Reverend Scott Aubrey
Wedding Cake: Beaverton Bakery
Wedding Band: King Pins Rockabilly Band
Florist: Passion Flowers

Mary and Chris’s tied the knot at beautiful Wine Country Farms in Dayton, middle of Oregon wine country! Their ceremony was at St. Peter Catholic Church at Newberg. The weather was gorgeous, and lots of friends, old and new attended the wedding.
Their wedding planner was Amy from Blush Bridal and thanks to her team, everything ran smoothly. The couple traveled between Wine Country Farm and St. Peter’s in a 1958 metallic blue Rolls Royce Silvercloud. There were some great speeches as well - families of Mary and Chris knew each other for a long time and the respect and love for each other showed! One of the fun moments of the wedding was when Mary and her girlfriends performed a song using microphones (hairbrushes) like they used to before they went out to party at college.

Here are some photographs from Halle and Todd’s wedding at Wine Country Farm. They had a lot of unique touches. Halle had secretly ordered hand carved chairs with their name engraved for Todd as a present. They had cupcakes instead of a wedding cake. It was a beautiful Oregon Wine Country wedding!
More and more people are using cupcakes as their wedding cake. The Saint Cupcakes are so amazing!!

Shake it like a polaroid picture!

This was my first time at Edgefield this year, for Kim and Chris. Some years I do 7-8 weddings there and sometimes just 1-2.
We had a really really fun time with Kim and Chris at the wedding! The ceremony was great with DJ’s officiating, and some great speeches as well.
here is a quick sneak peek, straight out of camera. I am keeping most of my favorites for the full edit

Here are some photographs from this wedding. The doggie was an integral part of the wedding, so cute!

This was my second time at Wine Country Farm - it has some really nice views! Their son was an avid photographer-to-be as well so we had to compete a bit *j/k*.
Here are the photos:
