This was a beautiful wedding at Kruger’s Farm at Sauvie Island with lots of little touch. Maranda and George were very easy to work with - I used to play soccer with George and he is as tough a midfielder as it gets but off the field, he is a very easy going guy. We had some great weather as well! I knew it would be really bright with contrasty lighting, so I used a lot of flash techniques usually used in outdoors fashion shots. You can see some of them below. Great colors, great details, lots of fun!

Wedding Favors - this is the first time I saw jam given as wedding favors, very cool!
So what happens when you did your hair and make up and forgot to take off your shirt? Cut it open, of course!

The first picture in black/white is captivating–it creates a spell. Capturing Mt. Hood as scenic background anoints the ceremony. Maranda projects her personality, strong and engaging.
